The Maui Peer Support Group recently welcomed Dr. Violet Horvath from the Hawaii Neurotrauma Registry Project. They discussed the 2 types of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), 2 types of Stroke, and the 2 most common causes of Spinal Cord Injuries. Dr. Horvath also cited prevention measures as she shared a wealth of knowledge with the group.
