February marks the 6th-year service anniversary of IL Program Director, Sam Nagasawa. Not only does she manage the supervision of our 8 IL Specialists on 5 different islands, but she also serves as Roxanne’s right hand in making sure that all reports are submitted on-time, consumer files are updated, and keeping up to date with all the latest IL developments through conferences and trainings. On top of all that, she also manages our agency’s busiest office in Hilo.We are extremely grateful to Sam for all of her hard work, dedication, and commitment to helping to make AILH what it is today.
