The Honolulu Community Action Program, Inc. (HCAP) presented their Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) to the residents at Hale Kuhao in Waipahu on Friday, October 26. This free program helps reduce energy costs through energy efficient water heating, refrigerator replacement, LED light bulbs, and low-flow showerheads & aerators.
