AILH Advocates for Protecting Hawaii Families from Eviction During COVID-19

AILH cosigns Letter to Governor Ige, Senator Kouchi, Representative Saiki, and Administrator of the Courts Maile regarding the Recommendations on Eviction Prevention and Preservation of the Rental Market During the Pandemic.

This letter was written and signed between a coalition of service providers, advocates and community stakeholders that sought to protect the financial and housing security of Hawaii’s residents and families during COVID-19. AILH joined the ranks of organizations such as Aloha United Way, Catholic Charities Hawaii, Japanese American Citizens League, Honolulu Chapter, and many others.
